Concierge check-in

Lab and Blood Testing

Breakfast Break

8:30 am

Enjoy a quick breakfast to energize before your physical consultation. If there are specific dietary requests, be sure to share these with your concierge when scheduling your appointment.

Nutrition and Wellness Consultation

9:00 am

Your personal nutrition can have a major effect on your overall health. Review your current dietary habits with our in-house nutrition specialist.

Medical Evaluation and Testing

9:30 am

Start the day off with a medical evaluation with members of your Designated Care Team, including your concierge nurse. Please refrain from eating, drinking, and use of tobacco products at least 8 hours before your exam, and get a good night’s rest before your big day!

Do not use lotions or creams on your chest, arms and legs (this can interfere with the EKG equipment).

Bring comfortable tennis shoes, gym attire and undergarments. Due to the use of a heart-rate monitor, we ask that ladies do not wear clothing with an underwire.

Make sure to eat a light breakfast prior to your exam, but breakfast will be provided.

Physical Examination

10:00 am

Complete your physical examination with your Concierge Physician in preparation for your fitness exam.

Fitness Assessment

11:30 am

During this comprehensive assessment, we use state-of-the-art technology that’s located in our in-house fitness facilities to measure cardiovascular fitness, muscular endurance (both upper and lower body), and injury prevention through certain things such as posture screening and visual movement analysis.

Lunch & Shower Break

12:00 pm

Post Fitness Eval, head to the showers to cleanup before enjoying lunch in one of our private member rooms. Please notify your concierge staff of any dietary restrictions or specific food requests when scheduling your appointment. You’re almost done with your day!

Concierge Check-out

12:30 pm
